Motion Piece Interpretation: "The Strange" poem by Charles Bukowski (Audio by Illneas)
The main idea is that I wanted to add motion imagery and visual narrative towards one of my favourite poem by Charles Bukowski. By doing so, providing and further expanding the content of the poem with the visuals helping the viewer grasp the narrative more.
Done in Procreate and Adobe After Effects.
This is the motion video for the
People of New York Project: "Giraffe Man"
The purpose of this illustration/video was to showcase a certain part of an individual's life who resides in New York. In this particular case, it was the story of a toy salesman who made children cry because he looked too scary and found out he can make them laugh instead by sowing and decorating his suit with giraffe-like spots and patterns. Made in Procreate and Adobe After Effects.

Theater Play Project: "Romeo and Juliet"

Life Drawing Motion Improvisation Project: "Birds of the feather, Feast Together"
This particular motion project is very unique. In life drawing class we were told we could draw anything that was in the studio, however we had to create a 10 second motion piece using those drawings as assets portraying a story of some sort. I decided to create a short motion video showcasing how a lady unaware of her surroundings, was attacked and eaten from flesh to bone by a ravenous crow and owl. Made using black charcoal on newsprint paper and edited through Adobe After Effects and iMovie.

Personal Practice Project: "John and Crow"
This short looping animation was made in the intention of practicing how to draw and animate running cycles. I added a bird for interest (I love birds) and stairs for context. The background was made to further showcase motion and movement. This was made in Procreate( before Procreate Dreams launched).
